Studio 369 is seeking Unreal Engine 4 developers to join our studio, and work on next-gen PC and console titles. We are a virtual studio made up of veteran developers based in Chicago, Las Vegas, and California, and we are looking to expand our team. We want people who can grow with us and help us define our company culture, who are invested in delivering high quality interactive experiences, and who are passionate about playing and making games. We want to mentor and invest in our team members and give everyone a chance to influence the creative output of our studio.


Ideal applicants will have experience with Unreal Engine 4. Working within our multi-disciplinary art team, you will be collaborating with Art Direction and Design to ensure our games are fun to play and look visually impressive. Work with the Art Director and Lead Artists to keep artistic style & mood consistent with our defined visual style for the game. Collaborate with the Design Team to maintain gameplay requirements and have a key hand in managing a balance between aesthetic quality and performance requirements.

Qualifications
• At least 1 years experience working in Unreal Engine 4
• Ability to participate in R&D of new techniques and implement into production pipeline
• Maintain a balance between the creative vision of the projects and the technical budget restraints
• Ability to optimize content for memory and performance gains
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding and history of proficiency in using 3D graphics software such as 3DS Max, Maya etc
• Knowledge of data management software (such as perforce)
• Understanding of the material and lighting systems in UE4 a plus
• Knowledge of UMG and ability to deliver high quality 2D art a plus
