Job Description:
The Community Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the community around our upcoming open world multi-arms combat game. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaged player community, building relationships with our players, and ensuring their voices are heard. This is a public relations position and you will be acting as the face of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
● Develop and execute strategies to engage and grow our community across various platforms, including Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and more.
● Foster positive interactions, discussions, and collaborations within the community.
Player Support:
● Address player inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
● Work closely with the development team to communicate updates, patch notes, and upcoming features.
Content Creation:
● Generate engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to keep the community informed and excited.
Event Management:
● Plan and execute community events, tournaments, and other activities to enhance player engagement.
Advocacy and Feedback:
● Be the voice of the community within the company, advocating for player needs and providing valuable insights to the development team.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry.
● Passion for blockchain technology and understanding of Web3 concepts.
● Familiarity with multi-arms combat games is a plus.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
